The grounds were super well maintained! The new sports ground upgrade is fantastic. The kids loved it. Our room was spacious. It definitely felt cozy. Staff members were also very friendly. I am happy we stayed here.
The tennis courts were unusable! I was disappointed because it is still advertised. A bit annoying in Summer.

The heated pools were a highlight of my stay, the temperature was consistent and pleasant. i used the gym. It had modern equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. the on-site bar provided good service, i noticed many staff were available. the hotel's proximity to a nearby golf course was very convenient.
the corridors was somewhat dated, though this didn't significantly impact my stay.

The front desk staff were attentive and provided efficient service, notably during check-in. They quickly addressed my questions. breakfast service was efficient. Staff promptly replenished items. i thought this service was good overall and met expectations.

My standard king room featured a comfortable king-size bed, i slept well . the wardrobe provided ample space for clothing and luggage. the bathroom included a separate shower and standard amenities. It worked well. rooms were tidy.

The hotel includes two heated pools, with one resembling a hot spa pool. there is also a fitness center which features cardio machines and weights. I used the facilities frequently. kids are accommodated with a playground with play equipment.

The resort offered various activities during the school holidays, like a coloring competition and movie nights. Staff members were friendly and helpful . The heated swimming pool was great, and the restaurant staff was very friendly (they were always smiling).
The room looked somewhat dated, and I noted that the free WiFi service was unreliable at times.

The heated pool stayed open until 11:00 PM. I liked enjoying the pool at night after dinner. The staff were amazing and very helpful! They were family focused.
The room was straight out of the 90s. The walls were off white with dirt spots. It felt underwhelming. The room was also stuffy even with the aircon on.

The pools were AMAZING!!! The water felt so good. The gymnasium was clean and had all the equipment I needed. I enjoyed a drink on the private balcony off the room.
Check-in took longer than expected, a bit frustrating. I slightly cut my foot on a tack sticking out of the floor. The TV in the room was too small.
